Welcome to NonsenseCam.com (the "Website"), operated by Webhouse Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Website, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). 1. Eligibility

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Website, you must create an account using your email address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Credits and Payments

• Users can purchase credits via Stripe to generate AI-powered images. Credits are sold in bundles (currently 25, 100, 400, 1000 credits).
• Credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase and will expire if not used within this period.
• Each generated photo costs one credit. Generated images are guaranteed to remain available for download for one month after generation.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Website in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Website or interfere with any other party's use of the Website.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Website.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on the Website (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are the exclusive property of Webhouse Ltd and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content and Generated Images

• By using the Website, you grant Webhouse Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display any user-generated content, including selfies and AI-generated images, for the purposes of operating and improving the Website.
• You retain all rights to your original content. However, you acknowledge that once a selfie is processed by our AI, the generated image is the result of an automated process, and Webhouse Ltd claims no ownership over the final image.

7. Third-Party Services

The Website may include links to third-party websites or services, including but not limited to Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, Replicate, and Google Analytics. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in such websites or services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Website at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Website, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Website or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Website.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webhouse Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Website; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Webhouse Ltd and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website.
